Platinum Builders Presentation Folder

Make a lasting first impression...

Platinum Builders is a custom home building company in Madison, Wisconsin. Platinum Builders needed a presentation folder that showcased their work and gave a broad overview of how their company could help customers, but also had the ability to customize information that was included.

The solution was to build a presentation folder/booklet that highlights the beautiful craftsmanship of actual Platinum Builder homes with vibrant photos taken by Herkimer, and inset text boxes with information. The folder can be customized by adding inserts to the back page, which is also a folder slot.

Marketing Materials - Property Management/Development

A high-end look for a new development

We worked with the developers of VanBuren Place to create a set of collateral materials to help them promote this exciting new property.

Market research indicated that their target audience was young professionals both single and couples. We selected contemporary colors and a iconic style that reflects their proximity to a prairie, marsh, and other nature.

The development has been enormously succesful, and was fully rented within three weeks from when they began accepting applications.

Anke is a dynamic, intelligent, and very successful health and life coach. Her target market centers on equine enthusiasts.

We worked with her to create a high-energy look, that carried a positive and wholistic message.

A new approach to achieving a youthful look

Though the core of this business was focussed on a high-tech approach to "non-surgical body reconturing", we created an aesthtic and messaging that took a very different direction.

To resonate with the audience, we incorporated a graceful, elegant image -- one that evoked a sense of youth, health, and relaxation.

This project included logo design, a Web site, business cards, and brochure.
